Job Description

The Laboratory Supervisor will assist the Laboratory Manager as needed to ensure timely and accurate laboratory test results through processes compliant with accreditation standards and federal/state reimbursement agencies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or an appropriate biological/chemical/medical science from an accredited college or university, as well as two years of clinical laboratory experience.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in medical technology or an appropriate biological/chemical/medical science from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Two years of clinical laboratory experience is required.
  • Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) is required.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
