As a NetSuite Cloud Solutions Architect, you'll play a key role in implementing NetSuite Cloud ERP solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with project teams to manage client relationships, identify business requirements, and develop testing plans. Your expertise in inventory management, WMS, retail, online processing, shipping, manufacturing, and wholesale companies will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their goals.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 3-8 years of experience in consulting and NetSuite Cloud ERP implementation. You'll need to have a strong understanding of the Sales and Accounting/Finance process from Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, and excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. If you're a self-motivated individual with a passion for helping clients succeed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams through the implementation process
  • Mentor and supervise staff/interns
  • Identify and document business requirements
  • Prioritize customer success and project scope
  • Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle
  • Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments
  • Transition customers to account management and support
