Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the infrastructure and integrity of customers' systems
  • Serve as a resource on technical projects and provide input on technical processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Working toward professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP
  • Understanding of network topologies, IP routing, switching, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT engineering
