Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at GLG. As a Member Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Network Members, a community of over 1 million former C-suite executives, academics, scientists, policy specialists, and other top professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to Network Members via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- Fluency in one or more languages, including French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or German (a plus, but not required).
