About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team at Crimson Technologies. As a PLC Control Specialist, you will be responsible for programming the control of laboratory equipment using TwinCAT 3 and Structured Text.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement device control sequences, external command and data interfaces, and user interfaces
  • Conduct software tests, document results, and derive test software
  • Support system engineering in integrating work into device technology
  • Work creatively and independently from task assignment to testing
Requirements
  • Degree in automation engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering
  • Experience with Structured Text according to IEC61131-3
  • Experience in implementing control and automation tasks, ideally with laboratory equipment
  • Knowledge in object-oriented programming and control technology
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form
