About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Health Specialist in the Med Surg department at Atrium Health Charlotte.

Job Description

As a Clinical Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Holistic Care: Offer comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Deliver education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to manage their health and make informed decisions about their care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in Med Surg or a related field.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Benefits
