We are currently seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Below are the details regarding the role and its requirements:
Position Title: Employee Benefits Support Specialist
Location: Detroit, MI
Contract Duration: 5+ Months on W2 with benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees in navigating benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Utilize customer service skills to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PeopleSoft, which is a significant advantage.
- Experience in a call center environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and be adept at problem-solving in real-time while communicating with employees.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Initial training will be conducted on-site, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
