Horizon Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both English and the required language. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, entering orders into our computer system, and providing general support to visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls from customers and the general public
  • Entering orders into our computer system accurately each day
  • Receptionist duties including answering calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to visitors
  • Performing general office support such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management or supervisor

Requirements include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience in an office environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with accuracy and speed

Horizon Staffing offers a competitive salary of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, with a 40-hour workweek. Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, and vision insurance.
