Job Summary

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) at ExceLior Orthopaedics Group administer and provide anesthesia-related care to patients before, during, and after surgery in our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center.

Job Details
  • Schedule: Choose from 8 or 10 hour shifts with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Job Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center with a focus on Outpatient Orthopedics.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Current and valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current and valid NYS Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
  • 2+ years experience in anesthesia care in an acute setting preferred.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Taxonomy code required at time of hire.
Physical Demands
  • Manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination to provide patient care and operate equipment.
  • Corrected vision and hearing within normal range to observe and communicate with patients, providers, and staff.
  • Position requires full range of body motion including ability to position and move patients.
  • Extensive standing and walking.
  • Frequent reaching, stooping, squatting, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying items weighing 10 pounds or more.
  • Occasional exertion of 25lbs or more of force.
  • Work environment may involve some exposure to hazards/physical risk.
