We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our team at Emerald Enterprises. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from one place to another.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process orders and coordinate with customers and external companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Determine capacities and maintain accurate statistics to optimize logistics operations.
  • Accompany the process from order creation to pre-invoicing of services rendered.
  • Create loading and unloading certificates, freight documents, and bills of lading.
  • Perform general office organization tasks, including processing incoming and outgoing mail and checking invoices.
  • Manage inventory on a daily basis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
