POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Handle a requisition load of approximately 20-30 job openings simultaneously.
- Focus on sourcing and recruiting production-level personnel.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates and maintain a steady pipeline of potential hires.
- Employ innovative sourcing methods and utilize technology to identify both active and passive candidates, including cold calling and networking.
- Encourage and seek referrals from professional networks and internal sources.
- Utilize resume databases and social media platforms with advanced search techniques to source candidates.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to draft job descriptions.
- Manage candidate flow through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
- Act as an advocate for candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and logistical details.
- Implement best practices for interviewing and hiring, adhering to relevant policies and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance on recruitment and selection methodologies.
- Participate in the interview process, verify references, and prepare and extend job offers.
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
- Proficient in various recruiting techniques, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter, with the ability to conduct complex Boolean searches.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with hiring managers and team members throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all recruiting activities.
- Resourcefulness and strong communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional Communication Skills - Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
- Strong Presentation Skills - Capable of delivering engaging messages to groups, achieving desired outcomes.
- Results-Oriented - Committed to achieving excellence in all tasks and objectives, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
- Effective Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to quickly address issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
