Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Legacy at Cimarron. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our seniors, helping them with their daily needs and activities. Our ideal candidate is a patient and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with seniors and care teams, and flexible to adapt to changing situations and resident needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assisting Residents: Care for assigned residents and assist with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, getting dressed, eating, and bed linen changes.
  2. Mobility and Transferring: Assist with mobility and transferring residents to prevent falls.
  3. Social Engagement: Encourage residents to engage in scheduled activities, entertainment, exercise, and dining.
  4. Companionship: Provide companionship through conversation and quality time.
  5. Emergency Response: Respond to call lights to address falls and other potential emergencies.
  6. Duty Performance: Perform and document duties as outlined in Individual Resident Care Plans.
  7. Communication: Monitor and promptly communicate changes in resident condition to relevant care teams.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer competitive pay, ranging from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan. Our caregivers also enjoy shift differential pay, text communication of available shifts, and bonus pay.
