Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Center Manager to join our team. As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our service center, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our business meets its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our service center operates at the highest level of efficiency and productivity, meeting or exceeding our quality and productivity standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and that our customers feel valued and respected.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow our business, develop new revenue streams, and improve our market share.
  • Financial Management: Manage our service center's finances, ensuring that we meet our financial goals and that our expenses are controlled.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with inventory management and financial planning.
