Ricart Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Body Shop Office Administrator to support our body shop operations and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and update customers on repair status to ensure a positive experience.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule repair appointments, manage work orders, and track job progress to ensure timely repair completion.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and labor, process invoices, and handle billing inquiries.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers, body shop technicians, and other dealership departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Office Management: Maintain the office's organization, manage supplies, and ensure adherence to administrative processes.
  • Data Entry: Enter and update information in the dealership's management system, including job details, customer information, and parts inventory.
  • Compliance: Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure all operations are compliant.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within an automotive or body shop environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, proficiency in office software, and experience with dealership management systems.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage time effectively and handle stressful situations calmly.
