Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training materials, including instructor-led and web-based courses, job aids, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to small and large groups, both in-person and remotely.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to ensure that training programs align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, education, communication, social work, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years or more experience designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating corporate learning materials and programs.
  • Experience with e-learning software and learning management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles, best practices, and learning sciences.
  • Ability to clearly convey concepts and strategies in verbal and written communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Connecticut's child welfare policies and practices, including federal CCWIS regulations and compliance.
  • Previous experience with government programs and agile development is a plus.
