Job Title: LPN/Medical Assistant/EMT

At HealthPartners, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN/Medical Assistant/EMT to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with basic health care needs, including vital sign collection and routine office procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current practice and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or medical assisting program.
  • Current licensure as an LPN or EMT in Minnesota.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
