Job Description
At Drunken Fish, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent in hospitality, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
