Medication Aide Opportunity at Meadow Park Care

Meadow Park Care, part of the Caldera Care family, is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our team in St. Helens, OR.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their care plans
  • Direct NACs to complete assigned tasks
  • Follow infection control and safety policies
  • Complete charting in PCC daily before shift end
  • Complete assessments as ordered by Supervising RN, RCM, and/or DNS
Requirements
  • Current active OR credentials required
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing Home preferred
  • Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English proficiently
  • Ability to provide two favorable professional references
