We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.

- Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, appraise, and review the job contributions of all team members.
- Monitor incoming messages from customers and respond promptly.
- Aid customers with questions related to our lending system.
- Provide information on the status of shipments and collateral issues as requested.
- Work with the funding team to expedite wire requests.
- Aid customers with questions related to loan settlements.

- Add approved investors to a customer's approved investor menu as requested.
- Assist in the general management of the Clearwater office, including office supply orders and team-building lunches.
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Two to Five years of customer service experience is required.
- Basic skills in Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Detail-oriented and strong critical thinking skills are required.
