Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to lead our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train the Customer Support team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, appraise, and review the job contributions of all team members.
  • Monitor incoming messages from customers and respond promptly.
  • Aid customers with questions related to our lending system.
  • Provide information on the status of shipments and collateral issues as requested.
  • Work with the funding team to expedite wire requests.

  • Assist in the general management of the Clearwater office, including office supply orders and team-building lunches.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Two to Five years of customer service experience is required.
  • Basic skills in Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Detail-oriented and strong critical thinking skills are required.
