Lead Heavy Equipment Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues
- Read and interpret Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders
- Communicate with supervisors and equipment operators to clarify maintenance needs
- Complete paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for applied times
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards
- Train and develop junior technicians
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Equivalent of a high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and 4 years of related equipment maintenance and repair experience; OR 6 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Handle tools and equipment
- Reach with hands and arms
- Climb and walk on heights
- Lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
