Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.
  • Tear down and reassemble units, replacing worn or defective parts as needed.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of machinery and equipment, including CNC machines and other specialized tools.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
  • Document and report maintenance activities, including repairs and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school training preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical repair.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
