Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.
- Tear down and reassemble units, replacing worn or defective parts as needed.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Operate and maintain a variety of machinery and equipment, including CNC machines and other specialized tools.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Document and report maintenance activities, including repairs and maintenance schedules.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school training preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or mechanical repair.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
