The Property Leasing Specialist acts as the primary representative for the property, focusing on welcoming potential tenants, showcasing the advantages and features of the community, and securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents, as well as vendors, to enhance leasing agreements.
  • Comprehend and clarify the TAA Lease Contract to both current and prospective residents.
  • Ensure all units are well-maintained and prepare move-in packets while coordinating move-in days for new residents.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies for the property, including organizing resident events.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and team members.
  • Conduct daily property walks to maintain excellent curb appeal.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency is required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
  • Strong sense of urgency and capability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in articulating and conveying information clearly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are a must.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs, and reaching overhead.
  • Proficient typing skills are necessary.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends and/or evenings on a rotating schedule.
