About the Role:

Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure software solutions to protect our clients' sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop secure software solutions using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Implement and maintain secure software systems, including firewalls, web application firewalls, and intrusion detection and prevention systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving our security posture.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software development experience, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • 4+ years of experience with Java development and related technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile software development.
  • Experience with cloud security technologies, including AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including encryption, access control, and incident response.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with cloud DevOps administrative or engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience with network security identity management tools engineering.
  • Experience with SecureSphere Imperva Web Application Firewalls, Database Activity Monitoring, and RSA Security Analytics.
  • Knowledge of intrusion detection and prevention systems, including IDS/IPS and firewalls.
  • Experience with cloud security technologies, including AWS and Azure.

What We Offer:

Nightwing offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $221,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
