Job Title: Senior Network Security Tools Engineer

Job Summary:

Nightwing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Tools Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security tools and systems to protect our customers' sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network security tools and systems to protect against cyber threats
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
  • Implement and manage security controls to prevent unauthorized access
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security
  • Advanced knowledge of network security protocols and technologies
  • Experience with security tools such as SecureSphere Imperva Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)
  • Strong understanding of cloud security technologies (e.g., VPC, Security Groups) and Access Control (IAM)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Cloud DevOps Administrative or Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of related Network Security Identity Management tools engineering experience
  • Experience with intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), RSA Security Analytics (NetWitness), Symantec Bluecoat, Cisco FirePower (SourceFire), Splunk, PKI, chain of trust, and certificates

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $179,000
