The Role:
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will serve as a vital member of our rehabilitation team, delivering essential care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct assistance with personal care, hygiene, and nutritional needs, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and promoting self-care activities.
- Monitoring patient status and facilitating effective communication with nursing staff and team members during shift changes.
- Participating in bowel and bladder management programs and assisting with urinary drainage equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by making beds and caring for personal belongings.
- Documenting patient care accurately in the electronic health record system.
We offer full-time positions with 12-hour shifts available, including:
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
