Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex patient care scenarios.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a variety of home environments and settings.
