Job Title: Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Adult Home Care Age. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, ensuring timely interventions and effective care.
  • Communicate effectively with collaborating physicians and specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Take patient vital signs as required, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.
  • Administer medications, tube feeds, and other treatments as per the patient's plan of care.
  • Provide wound care, wound debridement, and other specialized treatments as needed.
  • Complete necessary documentation at the end of each shift, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in home health and clinical settings, with a strong understanding of clinical skills and procedures.
  • RN or LPN from an accredited school, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Ability to act swiftly and effectively in emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments, adapting to changing patient needs and circumstances.
  • Knowledge of clinical skills, including changing wound dressings, administering tube feeds, and setting up and monitoring IVs.
