SalaryWe offer competitive salaries, with annual performance-based increases. Our LPN Supervisor role comes with a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job DescriptionThis is a challenging yet rewarding role, overseeing a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides, and medication technicians. As an LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing caring and attentive help to residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as administering medications. You will also lead the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in an assisted living or nursing home environment.
  • An active NJ LPN certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
