Overview of Job ResponsibilitiesThe LPN Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. This includes overseeing a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides, and medication technicians, and providing caring and attentive help to residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs). The LPN Supervisor must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Additionally, the LPN Supervisor must have experience working in an assisted living or nursing home environment, as well as an active NJ LPN certification.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, with annual performance-based increases. The salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including annual team celebration events and appreciation bonuses, 401K plan with company match, and $50,000 company-paid life insurance policy. In addition, we offer PTO and paid holidays, optional lunch for all employees, available health, dental, and vision coverage, and $12,000 tuition reimbursement for the LPN to RN Bridge Program ($6,000 per year up to $12,000 total).
