Rehabilitation Supervisor

We are looking for a seasoned Rehabilitation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing the operations of your designated department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations of your department, overseeing human resources, customer service, and limited sales management.
- Ensure the quality of service provided and maintain adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of reports, invoices, logs, and expenses.
- Maintain regular attendance and comply with IIPP.
- Travel overnight for business purposes.
- Oversight of clinical activities, including case management.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited school.
- Current RN licensure in the state of operation.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation.
- National certification, such as CCM, is desirable.
- Proven experience in management or supervision.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $74,421 and $114,904, based on factors such as location, job skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions.
