  • Oversee backup and recovery processes to protect data integrity and availability.
  • Manage enterprise-level storage solutions effectively.
  • Administer Cisco UCS blade servers to support organizational needs.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of Active Directory and related services.
  • Manage VMware vSphere environments, including vCenter and ESXi hosts.
  • Maintain SAN switch technology for optimal data management.
  • Document server configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting protocols thoroughly.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users and IT colleagues.
  • Be available for weekend and after-hours support as required.
  • Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Windows server administration and system patching.
  • Proficient in managing various Windows Server operating systems.
  • Strong skills in VMware vSphere administration.
  • Solid understanding of SAN technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise storage and backup solutions.
  • Familiarity with Cisco UCS blade server management.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other critical Windows server functionalities.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaborative abilities.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or VCP-DCV, are advantageous.
