Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team at North American Risk Services (NARS). In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex claims, collaborating with the team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Texas non-subscriber claims experience.
  • Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate.
  • Active Adjuster's license for Texas or other required jurisdictional licensing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles a caseload of complex claims, applying expertise to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.
  • Collaborates with the team to develop and implement effective claims strategies.
  • Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with stakeholders, including policyholders, medical professionals, and attorneys.

Benefits:

$69,000 - $95,000 annual salary, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental & vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off program, company-paid holidays, and more.
