Job Description: Workers Compensation Utilization Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workers Compensation Utilization Analyst to join our team at Elite. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing medical data to ensure the medical necessity of treatments for our Workers Compensation clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate medical data for utilization review requests.
  • Communicate with providers, requestors, and carriers to obtain additional information as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in audits to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid current RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
