Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care tasks, which may involve managing patient schedules, escorting patients to examination rooms, and supporting them with mobility and personal needs.
- Engage in clerical duties, such as handling patient medical records and obtaining necessary lab or imaging reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing inventory of medical supplies.
- Uphold patient rights and respond to emergency situations while communicating effectively with supervisors regarding any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon CNA II certification and basic life support certification are required.
- All new hires must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination on their first day.
- Successful candidates will undergo a drug screening, reference checks, and a background investigation.
Education & Experience:
Completion of a Certified Nursing Aide program is essential. A minimum of one year of experience as a CNA is preferred, with prior clinic experience being advantageous.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of healthcare practices and medical specialties.
- Familiarity with body mechanics and safety protocols in a clinical setting.
- Ability to perform tasks with precision and maintain professionalism in patient interactions.
Work Environment:
This position involves a combination of office and clinical settings, with potential exposure to various health-related conditions.

The role requires a range of physical activities, including standing, walking, and lifting. Candidates should be prepared for the demands of patient handling and the ability to work under pressure.
