The Role

This role is responsible for leading patient care and supporting clinic success as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Key responsibilities include working with Physical Therapists, diagnosing movement dysfunction, developing individualized plans of care, and utilizing evidence-based interventions to achieve patients' goals.

  • Patient Care: Collaborate with Physical Therapists to provide high-quality patient care, synthesizing information from referrals, medical records, and patient history.
  • Movement Dysfunction Diagnosis: Diagnose and analyze movement dysfunction via functional movement analysis, internal pelvic floor examinations, and objective measurements.
  • Plan Development: Utilize critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care, including patient goals and expected outcomes.
  • Evidence-Based Interventions: Implement evidence-based interventions, such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and biofeedback, to achieve patients' goals.
