Key Responsibilities- Setup and configuration of ServiceNow Security Operations environment
- Implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules, including IRM, VRM, and TPRM
- Creation of documentation and artifacts for designed solutions
- Implementation experience in ServiceNow technical configuration and scripting, including JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap
- Fluency in third-party integrations using web services, JDBC, and file-based parsers
- Collect, aggregate, synthesize, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources and formats
- Experience in working with multi-vendor development environments
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow Security Operations experience
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow technical configuration and scripting
- Fluency in third-party integrations using web services, JDBC, and file-based parsers
- Collect, aggregate, synthesize, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources and formats
- Experience in working with multi-vendor development environments
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires some travel
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and CSA
- Planning and coordination skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to describe technical solutions in business terms
