About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Clinical Supervisor to join our team at BlueSprig Pediatrics. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting our families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates to assist with treatment decision-making.
  • Assist with assessments for clients, introduce therapy programs, select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Work with clients between the ages of 2 and 18 years old.
  • Receive supervision and support to prepare for the BCBA exam.
  • Supervise and train therapists, provide parent training, and direct therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with ABA service providers.
  • Experience in training and direct therapy guidance is required.
