Pathologists' Assistant Specialist

CT Assist is seeking a highly skilled Pathologists' Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and privately held organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform gross dictation and gross examination of tissue specimens with independence under the direction of a Pathologist.
- Meet the requirements for a Bachelor's degree as a Pathologist Assistant.
- Hold ASCP or equivalent certification as a Pathologist Assistant, or meet CLIA rules for grandfathered individuals.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience as a Pathologists' Assistant.
- Salary range: $95,000-$121,000.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality support to Pathologists in the examination of tissue specimens.
- Working independently to ensure accurate and efficient examination processes.
- Collaborating with the Pathology team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Pathology or a related field.
- ASCP or equivalent certification as a Pathologist Assistant.
- Minimum two years of experience as a Pathologists' Assistant.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
