Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the VDC Sheet Metal team, ensuring project assignments are effectively executed.
  • Maintain project timelines and manage VDC hours efficiently.
  • Utilize Revit to develop and model piping systems, collaborating with project managers to establish VDC schedules.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sheet metal team, ensuring that models adhere to quality assurance and quality control standards while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • AAS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience; certifications may be necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Technical expertise in sheet metal processes.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC VDC.
  • At least 7 years of experience in 3D modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and Stratus.
  • Familiarity with Trimble Connect and Vic Tools.
  • Project management skills with the ability to navigate complex projects and foster a results-oriented environment.

The John W. The estimated compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000, determined by factors such as education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location.
