Healthcare Clinic Nurse

Main Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments for walk-in patients and evaluate vital signs.
- Perform telephonic assessments adhering to established guidelines.
- Execute TB screenings and accurately record results.
- Administer prescribed medications as necessary.
- Assist in various medical procedures.
- Oversee IV placements and infusions.
- Monitor patients in acute conditions until stabilization.
- Address patient concerns and provide necessary education.
- Delegate nursing responsibilities and ensure optimal patient flow.
- Manage medication supplies and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with clinic personnel to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish a communication framework for continuity of care.
- Provide training and education to back office staff.
- Comply with organizational policies and protocols.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- Valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in ambulatory care settings.
- Familiarity with diverse patient demographics.
- Valid California Driver's license.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations.
- Dedication to providing compassionate care.
