- Identify actual/potential problems for which the patient requires nursing interventions and care, and adjust the plan as patient and family needs change.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify, develop, and/or revise patient education plans.
- Perform safe nursing care for patients in more complex situations with some assistance and supervision.
- Delegates/assigns and communicates expectations for care delivery processes to each member of the team.
- Graduate of nursing school.
- 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare).
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
- 10K Sign-On Bonus (Nights only) for hires new to Sharp.
- 5K Relocation Bonus for new hires.
- $2,500 Referral Bonus for Internal Sharp employees only (for a qualified external new hire referral).
- $15K Traveler Conversion Bonus available only to current Sharp RN travelers who convert to permanent Full Time.
