We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Specialist to join our Community Based Services division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting families and their children with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide community-based services, including CBHI services, to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and strength-based approaches.
- Maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
- Support the clinical care of youth and their families in a home and community-based setting.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university, or Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited school, or Community Health Worker Certification.
- One year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
- Valid driver's license and ability to transport youth.
- A competitive salary range of $44,000 - $54,000.
- A $1000 bilingual bonus for candidates who speak, read, and write in a different language other than English.
