Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

Requirements:
- Intermediate level of comfort with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift files from cabinets
