Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in and overseeing the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
  • Observing, assessing, and reporting Patient conditions/changes and documenting in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Receiving, transcribing, and executing physicians' orders. Evaluating and implementing a Patient's care plan.
  • Directing, monitoring, and coordinating timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
  • Ensuring Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
