As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:
- Participating in and overseeing the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
- Observing, assessing, and reporting Patient conditions/changes and documenting in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Receiving, transcribing, and executing physicians' orders. Evaluating and implementing a Patient's care plan.
- Directing, monitoring, and coordinating timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
- Ensuring Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
