We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Orthopedic Associates. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our orthopedic specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, including vital signs, patient preparation, and post-procedure care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to orthopedic specialists
  • Take vital signs and report abnormalities to assigned MA, PA or physician
  • Prepare rooms for patient visits and ensure proper equipment and supplies are available
  • Perform dressing changes, cast removals, and other clinical tasks as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members

Requirements:

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • CMA, RMA or CCMA certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
