Role Overview

We offer a competitive salary range of $70-$87 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

  • Patient Safety: The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to regulatory requirements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Professional Practice: This role involves developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to enhance patient care and customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Requirements: The Pharmacy Manager must stay up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, ensuring our pharmacy meets or exceeds all standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacy License: A valid pharmacy license in the state where employed is essential.
  • Immunization Certification: Immunization certification through an accredited organization is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy setting is necessary.
