Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting base salary for this role is $78,500 annually, with potential for variable measurement-based compensation and discretionary restricted stock unit awards.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Lyra Care Therapist, you will provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, maintaining a diverse caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients. You will also assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learnings and monitor outcomes between sessions.

  • You will have access to expert consultation and support for complex cases, ensuring that you receive the resources needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • You will be part of a collaborative team environment, connecting with peers who share your passion for delivering evidence-based care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
  • An unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
  • Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement-based care, promoting skills practice)
  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Full-time residency within the United States
