Electronic Components Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire quote lifecycle, maintaining accurate CRM records, and driving new business development through lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Quote Management:
- Prepare quotes by coordinating with process engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing teams within a 24–48-hour turnaround window.
- Enter and manage quotes in Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups with prospects and customers.
- Handle expired quotes, providing re-quotes to maintain pricing competitiveness and retain business opportunities.
The Inside Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales, engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align sales activities with company goals. Success in this role will require efficiency in managing quoting processes, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring operational coordination to meet stretch targets.
