Job Description:
AEM, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-reliability electronic components, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire quote lifecycle and driving new business development through lead generation activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage quotes from start to finish, including preparation, entry, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including process engineering, quality, purchasing, and manufacturing, to ensure efficient quote management.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an inside sales role within electronic components, semiconductors, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quoting processes and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:$80,000 - $105,000 per year, plus benefits and bonuses based on performance.
