Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Civil Project Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects along the Front Range and beyond. Our ideal candidate is a Civil PE with a passion for land development, possessing a keen understanding of Civil 3D, grading, and utilities design.

Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and oversee land development projects, including multifamily, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, industrial, and more.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop detailed designs using Civil 3D software.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage project controls and quality assurance procedures.
  • Perform grading and utilities design for various land development projects.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of design and make necessary adjustments.
  • Work with municipalities and agencies to obtain approval of documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, grading, and utilities design.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
